Ploog Engineering was founded in 1981 by Max Ploog. An experienced machinist, he first began making his Asphalt Extractor. From there he moved on to making the Ploog Soil Compactor, which became so well respected that many still call their soil compactor "the Ploog machine." From here he moved on to making many more products. Max's attention to detail and precision machining earned a reputation for quality.
